Vinification: Destemming, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14 degrees for about 10 days with manual punching down
Refinement: Three months in wood and three months in steel, Filtration and bottling between March and May
Tasting: Intense ruby ??red color with violet reflections, field violet and red fruits on the nose, light toasted notes on the finish
Serve at 16-18 degrees

About the designer
The Federico-De Gregorio vineyard was born among the ancient springs of "maris cellae" a few steps from the Mediterranean Sea. Here the centuries-old vines, thanks to the dolomitic limestone terroir, give life to unique wines with an unmistakable flavour.
