We all know the classic caprese cake but few know that this can be realized in a version more light, ie without butter and chocolate. We will call this variant Torta Caprese "Camali" and is made with carrots, almonds and Limoncello. It is a cake quick to prepare and very unusual. Here is the recipe:   Ingredients:   120 g flour   450 g almonds   450g chopped carrots   350g sugar   1 lemon zest   A bit of grated orange zest   Half a bag of yeast   6 eggs   Half coffee cup of Limoncello di Capri   Clean and chop the carrots; chop the almonds; mount yolks with sugar add yeast, orange peel and lemon; then combine carrots and chopped almonds. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and add them to the mixture gently. Pour into a lightly greased and floured 26 cm in diameter. Bake at 180 ° in a pre-heated oven for about 60 minutes.
