GREEN SECRET SAUCE in Capri recipes by Angela Tarantino
Ingredients :
A handful of green olives .
A handful of parsley .
One tablespoon of salted capers ( rinsed well and private rooms ) .
A cup of extra virgin olive oil .
A tablespoon of lemon juice .
A teaspoon of vinegar .
Salt q.s.
Procedure:
Mince ( thin ) all the ingredients and add the oil and the lemon juice at the end .
Council of the Chef :
Serve the sauce in a Capri ceramic dish of Sea Gull accompanied with grilled prawns or smoked salmon .
